Our chosen funeral pre-payment plan is provided through Ecclesiastical Planning Services (EPS), part of the Benefact Group, a UK-based financial services company which has been protecting people, property and funds since it was founded in 1887.
    Partnering with EPS enables us to offer a secure pre-payment facility. We are not restricted to selling pre-packaged plans at nationally fixed prices, and are free to set our own prices and agree plan specifications with our clients in the same way we do for 'at need' funerals. The client's funeral instructions are then held on file, with the client receiving their own copy. Meanwhile, the payment is held in a 'Whole of Life Assurance Policy' and this guarantees to cover the cost of our funeral director services, as long as we carry out your funeral and your requirements don’t change. You can also make a contribution towards 'disbursements' (third party fees such as doctors, clergy, crematoria, etc.) which are outside of our control and cannot be guaranteed. 

    Operating in a strictly controlled environment, EPS hold all funeral plan funds in guaranteed whole of life assurance policies and only work with UK-based life assurance companies that are authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) and regulated by the PRA and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
Every penny of the full value of your funeral plan (excluding the initial management fee) is ring-fenced to pay for your funeral.

Simply contact us and arrange an appointment to meet with one of our funeral directors, either at our office or your home. We will then discuss your individual requirements and submit a bespoke quotation of expenses. If the quotation is acceptable to you, we will proceed with setting up your plan. There is no pressure or obligation at any stage. Payment can be made either as a lump sum or as instalment payments via direct debit.
